Noureen DeWulf was born February 28 1984 in New York City. The actress was always fascinated by being an actress. In the School of the Arts of Boston University was where she started to build the basis for the rest of her acting career. After graduation Noureen began to apply for various roles. The year 2005 saw her got her first role in an important role for an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and was screened across all over the world. The film also took home the Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film in the 2007 79th Oscars and assisted Noureen's professional career. Noureen deWulf played roles in several TV shows since then such as Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck as well as Outsourced.
